About: I am an ethical, professional and assertive professional nurse who has always been passionate about nursing care and research. I believe that in this Era where technology advances, new techniques and skills are required to make nursing qualitative and that is only through research. I am an independent student with no study leave, current night supervisor of peri-operative theatre unit as well as the whole hospital from 2021. I am currently doing my final year in MNSc. I believe in innovation and research, I just need more opportunities to show my capabilities in this field of nursing as a profession and research. I have been working hard throughout my career and I have been an overall performer of the BNSc class of 2017. I believe I would be far by now if only the nursing curriculums were not revised however I still believe that quality nursing care can still be revamped and implemented through research to promote competency and better lives for all. I believe that nursing can be returned from the dogs through research.
